CONTROLLER UNDER THE GDPR AND BDSG
The controller can be found in our legal notice (Impressum). You can access the legal notice from any page of our website by following the “Impressum” link in the footer.

The controller can be contacted via the following email address:
info@leinekugel.de

1. REASONS FOR DATA COLLECTION

We collect and process your data to provide our website and to offer you the best possible service through convenient access to our services.

2. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED, PROCESSED, OR USED?

2.1 VISITING OUR WEBSITE
When you access our website, our servers automatically collect general information, particularly for establishing a connection, functionality, and system security. This includes:

  • The type of browser used

  • The operating system used

  • The domain name of your Internet service provider

  • Connection data of the computer used (IP address)

  • The website from which you visit us (referrer URL)

  • The pages you visit on our site

  • The date and duration of your visit

These data do not allow us to draw conclusions about specific individuals due to pseudonymization. We do not combine this data with other data sources.

2.2 CONTACT FORM
When you contact us via a contact form, personal data will be collected. The specific data collected is evident from the contact form itself. The data is stored for processing your inquiry. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). All other information is optional. The data related to the contact form will be deleted once storage is no longer necessary, or processing will be restricted if legal retention obligations apply. The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your inquiry relates to a contract. Otherwise, our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry serves as the legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

2.3 INTEGRATION OF GOOGLE MAPS
This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps directly on the website and enable convenient use of the map function. When visiting the website, Google receives the information that you accessed the respective subpage of our site. Additionally, the following information is transmitted:

  • IP address

This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or designing its website to meet user needs. Such an evaluation occurs (even for users not logged in) to provide tailored advertising and inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.

You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, which you must exercise by contacting Google. Further information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider’s privacy policy. Here, you can also find further information about your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy: Google Privacy Policy. Google processes your personal data in the USA and has committed to the EU-US Privacy Shield, Privacy Shield Framework.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. DELETION

Personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for storage no longer applies or you request deletion. Deletion will also occur when a retention period prescribed by law expires, unless further storage of the data is necessary for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract, or if you have given your consent in this regard.

4. COOKIES

Our website uses so-called cookies to improve your website experience, make our services user-friendly, and enable the use of certain functions. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device by your browser. Some of these cookies are deleted after closing your browser (session cookies), while others remain on your device until you delete them (persistent cookies). They allow us to recognize your browser during your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow them only on a case-by-case basis. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

When cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information, such as browser and location data, and IP address values. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predetermined period, which may vary depending on the cookie.

If cookies process personal data, this is done in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to protect our legitimate interest in the best possible functionality of the website and to make the website visit as customer-friendly and efficient as possible.

Each browser differs in how it manages cookie settings. The help menu of each browser explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find this information for the respective browsers here:

The legal basis for the processing of cookies is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4.1 FACEBOOK COOKIES

With your explicit consent to set cookies, the transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organization is permitted under Article 49(1)(a) GDPR. We use third-party cookies to analyze your browsing behavior.

If you use one of our Facebook pages, Facebook cookies are used. These are small text files that are stored in your browser. Facebook uses cookies to store identifiers and to offer Facebook products and to understand information about the user and their usage of Facebook products, websites, and apps. This applies both to registered and non-registered persons.

Below is an overview of the data we process in this context:

  • Third-party provider: Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland

  • Purpose of processing: Collection of personal data for the analysis of customer behavior on the website. The goal is to display tailored social media ads within the Facebook network. Additionally, the tracking of personal data serves to measure the success of marketing measures.

  • Processed data: IP address, website usage data (e.g., information on how you reached the website; time spent on the website, products viewed, page load times, browser and screen settings), postal code, device data, device, order data (order ID, cart value, product ID, order time)

  • Data transfer to a third country: Data processed by Facebook may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, particularly to Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). A "Privacy Shield" adequacy decision by the European Commission exists for data transfers to the USA. Facebook participates in the "Privacy Shield" and has committed to the prescribed principles (available at https://www.privacyshield.gov/list).

  • Storage duration: 30 days

  • Deactivation link: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads

Cookies are used by Facebook when you have a Facebook account, use a Facebook product (including Facebook websites and apps), or visit other websites or apps that use Facebook products or plugins.

Facebook uses cookies for the following purposes: Authentication, security, and integrity of websites and products, advertising, recommendations, insights and measurements, advertising functions and services, Facebook performance, analysis, and research. Further information on the collection and use of data by Facebook cookies can be found in the cookie policy: https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/.

Cookies are processed when you are on Facebook generally, as well as on our Facebook pages. Please note that we have no influence over the data collected and processing operations and do not have full visibility into the scope of data collection, processing purposes, storage durations, or deletions beyond the public cookie policies of Facebook.

For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Facebook, as well as the related rights and options for setting privacy protection, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ or https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. Further information about using Facebook can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms.

5. DATA SECURITY
We take all necessary precautions to protect your personal data. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration, or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Data transmission occurs, depending on the browser used, with SSL encryption ranging from 128-bit to 256-bit. This ensures that the data is unreadable to outsiders. In our efforts to secure your data, you can actively assist by never sharing your password and using a browser that supports SSL encryption.
Despite regular checks and continuous improvements to our security measures, complete protection against all dangers is not possible.

6. USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS

6.1 USE OF FACEBOOK PLUGINS AND THE "F" BUTTON
Our website may use plugins from the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (a white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" symbol) or are labeled with "Facebook Social Plugin." The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit a page on our website containing such a plugin, a connection is made to the Facebook servers, and the plugin is displayed through your browser. This sends information to Facebook about which pages of our website you have visited. We have no influence over the amount of data Facebook collects through this plugin and, therefore, inform users according to our knowledge.
If you are logged into Facebook during this process, Facebook will link this information to your personal Facebook account. When you use the plugin features (for example, clicking the "Like" button or leaving a comment), this information is also linked to your Facebook account. You can prevent this by logging out before using the plugin. The purpose and scope of data collection, as well as further processing and usage of the data by Facebook, and the related rights and privacy settings, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ or https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you do not want Facebook to link the collected information directly to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website or block the loading of Facebook plugins using a "Facebook blocker" (e.g., "Facebook Blocker" at http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/).
Note: If a "f" button (white "f" on a blue background or blue "f" on a white background) is displayed in the top menu or footer of our website, it is not a Facebook plugin button, but simply a link to our company's Facebook page. When visiting this page, the aforementioned data may be collected by Facebook.

6.2 USE OF GOOGLE PLUGINS AND THE GOOGLE+ "+1" BUTTON
Our website may use the "+1" button from the social network Google Plus, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043, USA ("Google").
When you visit a page on our website containing the "+1" button, a connection is established to Google’s servers in the USA. The content of the "+1" button is directly transmitted from Google to your browser, which then integrates it into the webpage. We have no influence on the amount of data Google collects through this button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without clicking the button. Only logged-in members' data, including their IP address, is collected and processed.
If you are a member of Google Plus and are logged in during the use of the plugin, the collected information about your website visit will be linked to your Google Plus account and shared with others. Information about interactions with the button is also collected and transmitted to Google.
An overview of the different Google plugins can be found here: https://developers.google.com/+/plugins.
The purpose and scope of data collection, further processing, and usage by Google, as well as your rights and privacy settings, can be found in Google's privacy policy for the "+1" button: https://developers.google.com/+/web/buttons-policy and http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/learnmore/+1/.
If your Google Plus profile is publicly available, your "+1" may appear in Google services online, such as your Google profile, search results, or on websites and ads.
You can disable this feature anytime by clicking the "Disable Google +" button.
You can also prevent Google plugins from loading by using add-ons for your browser, e.g., the script blocker "noscript" (http://noscript.net/).
More information on data collection and use by Google, and your rights regarding privacy can be found in Google's privacy policy: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html.
Note: If a "g+" button is displayed in the top menu or footer of our website, it is not a "+1" button, but simply a link to our company's Google Plus page. Data may be collected by Google when visiting this page.

6.3 USE OF INSTAGRAM PLUGINS
Our website may use social plugins ("plugins") from Instagram, operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, e.g., in the form of an "Instagram camera."
When you visit a page on our website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram’s servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and embedded into the page. This allows Instagram to know that your browser has visited the corresponding page, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged into Instagram.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your website visit with your Instagram account.
When you interact with the plugins, such as by clicking the "Instagram" button, this information is also transmitted to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also displayed on your Instagram account and shown to your contacts.
The purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the further processing and use of data by Instagram, and your rights and privacy settings can be found in Instagram’s privacy policy: https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/.
If you do not want Instagram to link the collected data to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website.
You can also prevent Instagram plugins from loading by using add-ons for your browser, e.g., with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
Note: If an Instagram logo is displayed in the top menu or footer of our website, it is not an Instagram plugin button, but merely a link to our company’s Instagram profile. Data may be collected by Instagram when visiting this page.

6.4 NO INFLUENCE BY US
In the case of social media plugins, we have no influence over the data collected and the data processing procedures, nor do we know the full extent of data collection, processing purposes, or retention periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the collected data by the plugin provider.

6.5 USE BY PROVIDERS
The plugin provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research, and/or designing their website to meet user needs. Such analysis is carried out especially (also for non-logged-in users) to display targeted ads and inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.
You have the right to object to the creation of such usage profiles, and you must contact the respective plugin provider to exercise this right. Through the plugins, we offer you the ability to interact with social networks and other users, which allows us to improve our service and make it more interesting for you as a user.
The legal basis for using the plugins is Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (GDPR).

6.6 DATA DISCLOSURE
Data disclosure occurs regardless of whether you have an account with the plugin provider and are logged in there. If you are logged into the plugin provider, the data we collect from you will be directly associated with your account with the provider. If you click the activated button (e.g., link the page), the plugin provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it with your contacts. We recommend that you log out of a social network after use, especially before activating the button, to avoid linking the data to your profile with the plugin provider.

7. USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS FOR WEB ANALYSIS

With the explicit consent of the user to set cookies, the transmission of personal data to a third country or an international organization is permissible under Article 49(1)(a) GDPR. To analyze browsing behavior, we use third-party cookies.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics is used to understand the visitor behavior on this website and to tailor it better to your needs.
Below is an overview of the data we process in this context:
Processed Data: Anonymized IP address, customer number, postal code, city, order data (OrderID, cart value, productID, order period, customer status), email address, cookie ID, browser information (country settings, browser version, operating system, screen and browser resolution, device type, browser apps), information about previously visited websites and/or ads.
Data Transfer to a Third Country: Data processing by Google typically occurs within the European Union. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. For data transfers to the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the “Privacy Shield.” Google participates in the “Privacy Shield” and has adhered to its provisions (accessible at https://www.privacyshield.gov/list).
Storage Duration: 26 months
Deactivation Link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and enable the analysis of your website usage.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the “gat._anonymizeIp()” extension, which ensures the anonymization of the IP address by truncation and excludes direct personal identification. This ensures the anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Through this extension, your IP address is shortened by Google within EU member states or other countries that are part of the European Economic Area agreement before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in statistically analyzing user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. However, we point out that in this case, you may not be able to fully use all features of this website. Additionally, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
For further information on terms of use and data protection, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html or https://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html as well as https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96(3) TKG as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
The data will be deleted after 26 months.

8. GOOGLE ADWORDS CONVERSION TRACKING

For our online advertising, we use “Google AdWords” and its conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).
This feature serves to display interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. When you click on an ad displayed by Google, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking. These cookies have a limited validity and do not contain personal data, so personal identification is not possible. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie, which prevents tracking and identification of cookies across AdWords customers’ websites.
The information obtained through this conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This reveals the total number of users who clicked on a particular ad and were redirected to a page tagged with conversion tracking. However, according to Google, no information is shared that would allow users to be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies via the appropriate setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. If you do not wish to use the feature, you can deactivate it in general by adjusting the settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads.
For more information about Google Remarketing and Google's privacy policy, visit: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

9. GOOGLE WEB FONTS

Our websites use web fonts to ensure uniform representation of fonts, which are provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This gives Google knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used from your computer.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-EU privacy agreement “Privacy Shield,” which ensures compliance with the privacy level applicable in the EU.
For more information about Google Web Fonts, visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

10. CONTESTS

From time to time, you may have the opportunity to participate in contests on our website. As part of these contests, personal data (email address, name, address, and possibly other necessary data for the contest) may be collected and stored for the purpose of processing the contest. The personal information you provide will be used exclusively for the contest (e.g., for determining the winner, notifying the winner, and handing over the prize). For each specific contest, we will inform participants about the data processing related to that particular contest. After the contest ends, the data of the participants will be deleted.

11. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject under the GDPR, and you have the following rights with respect to the controller:

11.1 RIGHT OF ACCESS
You can request a confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us.
If such processing occurs, you can request the controller to provide the following information:
• the purposes for which the personal data is processed;
• the categories of personal data being processed;
• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data concerning you has been or will be disclosed;
• the intended duration of the storage of your personal data, or, if specific details cannot be provided, the criteria used to determine the retention period;
• the existence of the right to rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you, the right to restrict processing by the controller, or the right to object to such processing;
• the existence of a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
• all available information regarding the origin of the data, if the personal data has not been collected from the data subject.

11.2 RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
You have the right to rectification and/or completion of personal data concerning you if the processed data is inaccurate or incomplete. The controller must make the rectification without delay.

11.3 RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING
Under the following circumstances, you can request the restriction of processing of your personal data:
• if you contest the accuracy of your personal data for a period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
• if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and instead request the restriction of its use;
• if the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
• if you have objected to the processing under Art. 21(1) GDPR and it has not yet been determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override your grounds.
If the processing of your personal data has been restricted, these data may only be processed – apart from their storage – with your consent, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of public interest in the Union or a Member State.
If the restriction of processing is lifted, the controller will notify you before the restriction is removed.

11.4 RIGHT TO ERASURE
• OBLIGATION TO ERASURE
You can request the controller to erase your personal data without delay, and the controller is obligated to erase the data without delay if one of the following reasons applies:
o The personal data concerning you is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
o You withdraw your consent on which the processing is based under Art. 6(1)(a) or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
o You object to the processing under Art. 21(1) GDPR, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing under Art. 21(2) GDPR.
o The personal data concerning you has been unlawfully processed.
o The erasure of the personal data concerning you is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of a Member State to which the controller is subject.
o The personal data concerning you was collected in relation to services offered by the information society under Art. 8(1) GDPR.
• INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
If the controller has made your personal data public and is obliged under Art. 17(1) GDPR to erase it, the controller will take reasonable measures, including technical measures, considering available technology and implementation costs, to inform controllers processing your personal data that you, as a data subject, have requested the erasure of all links to, or copies or replications of, those personal data.
• EXCEPTIONS
The right to erasure does not apply if the processing is necessary:
o for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
o for compliance with a legal obligation requiring processing under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
o for reasons of public interest in the area of public health under Art. 9(2)(h) and (i), and Art. 9(3) GDPR;
o for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

11.5 RIGHT TO NOTIFICATION
If you have asserted your right to rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing with the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed, of the rectification or deletion of the data or the restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed of these recipients by the controller.

11.6 RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data was provided, provided that
– the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) or Article 9 (2)(a) GDPR or a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR and
– the processing is carried out by automated means.
In exercising this right, you also have the right to request that the personal data concerning you be directly transmitted from one controller to another, where technically feasible. This should not adversely affect the freedoms and rights of other persons.

11.7 RIGHT TO OBJECT
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data, which is based on Article 6 (1)(e) or (f) GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The controller shall no longer process the personal data concerning you, unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
You have the possibility to exercise your right to object, in the context of using information society services – regardless of Directive 2002/58/EC – through automated means that use technical specifications.

11.8 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT UNDER DATA PROTECTION LAW
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

11.9 AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. This does not apply if the decision
• is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between you and the controller,
• is based on Union or Member State legislation to which the controller is subject, and such legislation contains suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms as well as your legitimate interests, or
• is based on your explicit consent.
However, such decisions must not be based on special categories of personal data as referred to in Article 9 (1) GDPR, unless Article 9 (2)(a) or (g) GDPR applies and suitable measures to protect the rights and freedoms as well as your legitimate interests have been implemented.

11.10 RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work, or of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Article 78 GDPR.
